Job Details- Handle all phases of medical malpractice and personal injury defense litigation from initial filing through resolution
- Appear regularly in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
- Draft pleadings, respond to written discovery, prepare motions, and negotiate settlements
- Prepare witnesses for trial and manage trial preparation independently
- Serve as primary contact for corporate clients and insurers, delivering regular case assessments and litigation plans
- Independently manage an assigned caseload and meet deadlines across complex, high-exposure matters
- Provide strategic litigation counsel throughout the life of each case
Looking For:
- Ohio Bar admission, active and in good standing
- 2-10 years of medical malpractice experience
